What is CampBrain?
Parents, your “CampBrain Account” is like your Camp Google account - it does everything you need it to do in just a few clicks.
Forms
After enrolling, make sure to complete and submit the following forms by your camper’s Opening Day:
- Medical Form
- Youth Development Intake Form
- Safety Release and Authorization
- Camper Information
Aside from the CampBrain forms, you will also need to print out and complete the Physician’s Examination Form and the Pre-Arrival Form. The Physician’s Examination can be uploaded to your CampBrain Account, and the Pre-Arrival form must be physically in hand to submit during Opening Day check-in. We will not permit anyone into camp property without a completed Pre-Arrival form.
