Camp is moving right along, and as we head to our last day of Camp, we’re soaking in the last moments together. At Huawni we call these moments “spots”, coined by director emeritus Chris Watlington. Spots are memorable moments that our counselors are able to recall with their campers. Spots are moments where we literally get to see campers grow. Spots have been happening and continue to happen today.

Last evening we ascended upon the soccer field for a good old soccer match. Gabe R. had two goals, and we even threw in a counselor round. We cooled down in the pool afterwards and campers and staff enjoyed our new, big billboard water slide on Flagpole Hill. We topped the night off with snow cones. What a great way to end the night, huh?
