We are fastly approaching our Returning Camper Discount (RCD) deadline of September 15th, and it’s been exciting watching so many campers enroll online for another summer at Huawni. With just 4 days left to enroll online, I wanted to make sure and clearly communicate to our families the details for enrolling.

1. Don’t Forget The Final Step: Enroll Online

You may have been a family who filled out your RCD paper sheet on Closing Day of camp. That’s great, as you indicated that you wanted to come back to camp. The second and final step to securing your RCD is going online and enrolling your child online through your CampInTouch account. You must complete this step to receive the RCD discount, and the deadline to do so is 11:59pm on September 15, 2014.

The reason we’re having families complete this final step (as opposed to previous years) is because we’ve updated our online enrollment form, and there is crucial information we need from you that allows us to better serve your child before and during camp.

2. Why Sign Up for RCD?

The biggest reason to sign up for RCD is to be guaranteed a bunk for your session of choice. As many of you know, a handful of our families were put on the waiting list this past summer because our two-week sessions were completely full. Additionally, because our new families can enroll starting September 16th, it is likely that some returning families who don’t enroll by September 15th may have to pick another session or be on the waiting. We do not want this to happen, which is why we urge you to enroll in RCD today (before the deadline).

You will also save big time on your tuition by signing up for RCD. You’ll get $200 off per week if you set up monthly payments, or you’ll get $250 off per week if you pay in full on September 15th. For instance, if you send two kids to a two-week session and pay in full, you’ll save $1,000. So, RCD is a big money saver.

3. How Do I Enroll?

Enrolling is easy. Just go to CampHuawni.com and click on the Log in button at the top right of the menu bar. From there, you will log into your CampInTouch account and be able to enroll for your 2015 session.

It’s important too to note that you must use a laptop or personal computer to register. The enrollment form using iPhones and smartphones doesn’t work. You may also use an iPad to enroll, but be aware that it may be more difficult to enter in information.

4. 100% Tuition Back Guarantee Until April 1st

If your plans are still up in the air a bit, but you are fairly certain you’ll be back next summer, we offer a 100% tuition back guarantee through April 1, 2015. That means that there’s essentially no risk of signing up now if there’s an unexpected change of summer plans. If you are unable to attend camp next summer and let us know after April 1st, you may roll over your tuition to the following summer.

5. What Is The Deadline?

Again, the deadline to secure your returning camper discount and be guaranteed the session of your choice is 11:59pm on Monday, September 15th, 2014. If you choose our monthly payment plan, you’ll get to break up your tuition over 3, 6, or 9 months, and payments begin September 15th. If you choose our pay in full plan, you’ll pay in full on September 15h.
